The Recommended Daily Allowance values for Calcium, Folate, Iron, Protein, Vitamins A, C, B6 and B12 are adapted from the American College of Obstetrics & Gynocology (ACOG) guidelines for Nutrition During Pregnancy. June 2008.
The Choline value is based on the June 2003 recommendation for pregnant women by The Institute of Medicine (IOM) of the US National Academy of Sciences.
The Omega 3 value is based on the May 2009 recommendation for pregnant and breastfeeding women by the March of Dimes.
